- Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the satisfaction of the residents of the Stavropol Territory with the services of cultural and leisure institutions. Cultural services and their consumption are considered as an indicator of the quality of life of the population, since their satisfaction characterizes the level of development of the needs of the population. The research results show that not only physiological, security, social needs, but also prestige needs (self-esteem, respect from others, recognition, success) and spiritual needs are satisfied.
