- Abstract
The article focuses on the research of human resources transformation within the context of economy digitalization. The authors identify the factors and analyze their influence on the process of human resources transformation at different management levels. The article presents the algorithm of how economy digitalization influences the process of human resources transformation and proposes methodological approaches to conducting research. The article concludes on the need for constructive interaction between the parties of social partnership in the process of effective human resources transformation.
