Abstract

The success of a manufacturing company is influenced by inventory control. The purpose of this study is to determine the inventory policy in controlling the company’s raw materials and to determine the extent of inventory cost efficiency if the company applies the EOQ method. This study uses a descriptive method with direct data collection from field research, interviews, and library research. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the inventory policy implemented by the company is not optimal.
