- Abstract
The proposed approach combines a multi-source- multi-channel supply chain system with Model Predictive Control (MPC), with a specific focus on the impact of self-media live streaming. The study begins by modeling and analyzing the multi-source-multi-channel closed-loop supply chain under the influence of self-media live streaming. Subsequently, the integration of MPC is explored, leveraging its predictive and rolling optimization capabilities to mitigate the bullwhip effect. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, simulation analysis is conducted using Simulink. The experimental results confirm that the proposed method successfully mitigates the bullwhip effect, ensuring a dynamic system performance.
