Abstract

An HPLC method to determine fluroxypyr esters was established. Methods The SinoChrom ODS-BP (5 m, 4.6mm×200mm) column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(volume ratio 85:15). The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The column temperature was room temperature. The wavelength was 235nm. Results The o-nitroaniline was selected as internal standard for the determination. The linear range of fluroxypyr esters was 0.02 0.5mg/mL, r=0.9994, the standard addition recovery was 99.5% ~100%,and RSD was 0.2%(n=6). Conclusion This method was proved to be accurate and reliable, so it could be applied to the quality control of measuring fluroxypyr esters.
