Abstract

By proposing conceptual model of power supply company management model, on this basis, paper summed up the internal and external risks of power supply company, and summed up the relationship between risk, after that the use of explaining the structural model, to tease out the risk system architecture of power supply company, provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the power supply enterprise risk management system and risk strategies, and establish risk measurement structure model.
