Abstract

Disc pad for vehicle rear axle application has one critical requirement -- static µ. Static µ is the key factor for vehicle parking on slop with hand braking only. How to simulate vehicle hand braking and rear axle working principle, programming for vehicle disc pad static µ test by Dynamometer is necessary for rear disc pad development and validation.
