Abstract

First of all, this paper establishes evaluation index system, by collecting relevant indexes. And then, we analyze the impact of opening enclosed residential community to every index. Then, we establish the comprehensive model of evaluation to evaluate an opening enclosed residential community in Changsha. Finally, we make suggestions about opening enclosed residential community.
