Abstract

In this paper, we propose a image retrieval algorithm in JPEG compressed domain. We show that, with the same content based image retrieval algorithm, adding rotational correlation to the existing operational process can improve the performance of content based image retrieval significantly, In comparison with the latest research efforts in image retrieval, the experimental results show the superiority of the proposed method in terms of precision and processing speed.
