- Abstract
In the past two decades, employees’ sense of ownership of the organization and work has attracted the attention of the academic circles. With the deepening of research, scholars have found that psychological ownership exists not only at the individual level, but also at the group level. This sense of ownership generated in the group level is called collective psychological ownership. The research on individual psychological ownership has been rich and sufficient, while collective psychological ownership, as a new variable, has more room for development. Taking “how collective psychological ownership comes into being and what it will bring” as the starting point, based on dominance complementary theory, it conducts in-depth discussion and theoretical assumptions about its antecedents and effectiveness.
