Abstract

This paper takes the reform of personnel training modes in higher vocational colleges as the research object, and expounds the basic train of thoughts for the reform of personnel training modes in higher vocational colleges. The author focuses on the reform of the evaluation model, the construction of professional teaching team, the emphasis on qualification certification, the establishment of professional construction guidance committee, and the construction of professional teaching standards. Through the above research and practice, this paper has formulated the relevant supporting policies for the reform of talent training modes, improved the teaching quality of the computer application specialty in the hospital, and promoted the teaching organization ability level of the teachers in the hospital and the students' professional ability and comprehensive quality.
