Abstract

With the sharp increase in people's average life expectancy and raise the level of social welfare, the number of elderly people increased dramatically, more and more older people will choose to spend old age pension agency, so the rapid development of the pension industry, with pension Skills nursing personnel in short supply. Currently aged care nursing practice teaching system has no reference model, this paper aims to literature, a lot of reading literature, literature and organize, analyze the development and current situation of the elderly in nursing practice teaching at home and abroad, and explore suitable for our country nursing gerontological nursing practice teaching methods.
