Abstract

The implementation of prefabricated building is an important measure to realize the industrialization of construction and promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industry. This paper reviews the history of the development of the assembly architecture in China, analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the assembly architecture from several aspects, such as cost, standardization, lack of talent, the model of the contract and the chain of industry and so on, and puts forward some Targeted suggestions.
