Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the Effect of Job Stress, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of Donut Company and Shops. The object of was permanent employees at Donut Company and Shop Jakarta area. It was conducted on 115 respondents using a causal method. Therefore, the data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple regression tests. The results of partially tested showed all independent variables affected the turnover intention.
