Abstract

Electronic conduction characteristics of parallel coupled triple quantum dot system are studied, in which external magnetic field and Rashba spin orbit interaction are considered. Conductance expression of the calculation system is given by using NEGF technology. The effect of Rashba spin orbit interaction on spin transport properties is discussed and the physical explanation is given by total density of states in the systems.
