- Abstract
Adopting microwave digestion and ICP-AES method while detecting Ni Cr Pb Cd As and Hg in lentinus edodes of Shenyang, results show that the average content of the elements is respectively Ni Cr Cd Pb As Hg, Hg was not detected and in some particular samples Cr Cd Pb exceed standard. So the excess of Cr Cd Pb is the main factor leads to the unqualified of heavy metals in edible fungus in shenyang.
