- Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the antecedents and consequences of destination image in the Thousand Islands, also known as “Kepulauan Seribu.” The purposive sampling method was used to obtain data from 213 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that service quality has a positive effect on destination image and destination image has a positive effect on loyalty. Future research needs to consider other tourist areas such as Wakatobi National Park, Sumba Island, and Komodo Island.
