Abstract

The development of sea transportation is not accompanied by the growth of human resources in the logistics sector, which hurts the work assessment in the logistics sector. The research uses mixed methods, explanatory research, and journal research. Produce a novelty concept of character culture training; produce two prepositions and a grand theory.
