- Abstract
This study aims to identify, explore and analyze the process of implementing e-government policies in information management in Kab. Luwu. The contribution of this research is to become recommendations and suggestions as well as to improve E-government in information management in the Luwu Regency government and also to realize Good Governance in Luwu Regency. E-government promises in terms of better services, delivery, and more efficient administrative management. Many models for e-government development have been developed for the understanding and improvement of e-government in the last decades. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with phenomenological research type. The results showed that the implementation of e-government policies in information management in Kab. Luwu measured from 4 e-government models: still not optimal with some shortcomings that need to be addressed such as the installation of internet network towers, employee training, and inadequate budgets.
