Abstract

This paper introduces the relevant concepts of urban waterfront landscape and sponge city. Based on the development status of urban waterfront landscape in China, it puts forward the strategy and method of urban waterfront landscape design transformation to give full play to the ecological improvement and aesthetic advantages of sponge city, which provides a useful idea for improving a series of ecological and urban environmental problems caused by the rapid development of urbanization in China.
