Abstract

In response to the increasingly hot Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibitions, this study explores its development, the common issues and provides some insights. Nowadays, immersive exhibition has become a popular way for audience to appreciate artworks, which uses technology to give audience a unique experience. Therefore, the study suggests that curatorial process should keep with times, that is, diversifying exhibitions forms can satisfy the needs of audience and promote the development of Chinese painting and calligraphy cultures.
