Abstract

Red culture is an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics jointly created by the Chinese Communists, advanced elements and the people in the era of revolutionary war. It contains rich revolutionary spirit and profound historical and cultural connotation. This year is the centennial of the founding of the party. The development of red culture plays an important role in educating party members to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, bear in mind the party’s purpose, carry forward fine traditions, always maintain their political qualities and improve the ideological and moral quality of Party members. It is an important content of party spirit education for Party members and cadres. The research team went to Longchi Town, Changyi City, Shandong Province, conducted a questionnaire survey on the inheritance of red history and culture in Longchi town based on the exploration, protection and inheritance of red culture, visited local residents to understand the dissemination of red culture, and made a field visit to the red tourist resort in Longchi town to understand the relevant measures taken by the local government for the protection of red history and culture, It lays a foundation for the better inheritance and development of the red history and culture of Longchi town.
