Abstract

With the development of the times and the exchange of world culture, in addition to the continuous improvement of traditional craft carving technology, we should focus on the trend of the current era’s artistic style Zen culture; at present, with the surge of work and life pressure, people increase the desire for spiritual level, so the design of craft carving should also be more suitable for contemporary socialist values. Since ancient times, Zen culture and craft carving are inseparable. Zen culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture. It is interlinked with carving in spiritual origin. “Zen flavor of carving” is the highest level of spiritual exchange between them, and craft carving design is just the material carrier of spiritual exchange between them. It can not only meet people’s spiritual desire, but also appreciate traditional works The beauty of art carving makes more people absorb excellent Chinese culture in the background of cultural explosion.
