Abstract

With the development of the city, the With the development of the city, the underground space are used in different ways at every city over the world, such us Multilayer basement of high-rise building, subway, underground market, as well as a variety of underground civil and industrial facilities. While increasing scale and the depth of the pit to make deformation and stability of temporary retaining structures become more complex and prominent, became the most important issues during the construction. On one hand, the increasing of plane size and depth raises several new issues are difficult to resolve based on existing theories. In other hand, with increasing intensity in all types of buildings of the city, the restrictions of deformation and adverse effects following construction are even more stringent. Monitoring of foundation pit engineering,especially the monitoring of deep Foundation pit during construction is very important.
