- Abstract
This study examines the moderating effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance and corporate value in food and beverage companies from 2018 to 2020. Using a quantitative research method and purposive sampling, 45 companies were selected from an initial population of 70. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS application. Results indicate that finance (ROA) can be moderated by GCG variables. This study has implications for understanding the role of GCG in financial performance and corporate value.
