- Abstract
Aiming at the problems of automobile enterprises’ product design and use experience emotion evaluation model, such as insufficient data collection range, high cost, low data accuracy, low utilization rate of unstructured data, based on Text mining technology, emotion analysis technology and LDA Topic model algorithm is used to research topic discovery. And apply the results of theme discovery to the knowledge service of automotive style evaluation, construct a comprehensive evaluation model based on emotional evaluation of automotive style. Finally, the feasibility and practicality of the model were verified through an example. This study can effectively analysis consumers' emotional tendencies towards products and their comprehensive evaluation of automotive style, enrich the existing product evaluation methods and methods of automotive enterprises, and provide decision-making support for the design of new car models for automotive enterprises.
