Abstract

To construct the vocational education characteristic personnel training pattern is the key to educational transformation in NCO academies.The actual force teaching evaluation system is to improve the students' professional ability standard; teachers should be based on the integration, "quotation" and "outside" to develop and optimize the "double teacher type" of teachers.Practice teaching base is the quality and characteristics of sergeant education guarantee, so should to further strengthen the construction.
