- Abstract
The study is concerned with the influencing factors of self-elective course. 200 undergraduates coming from Guizhou University of Finance and Economics are involved in this research. Ihe result shows that students’ choice of courses are influenced by objective factors such as third-party information, classroom, examination, teacher and course arrangement. Among these factors, information from classmates, classroom atmosphere and examination have the highest weight. Moreover, the students who have different attitude make varied choice. Therefore, Chinese colleges and universities have to improve its course-selected system as soon as possible, reform teaching management, offer mulit-level teaching, and strengthen the focus on underachiever, to cultivate high-quality talents.
