Abstract

This paper takes Sichuan province as the research object, based on the provincial panel data from 2010–2019, establishes the function model of innovative talent capital stock, material capital stock, and regional economic gross product, and calculates the output elasticity coefficient through the improved Cobb-Douglas production function, so as to further obtain the contribution rate of innovative talent to economic development.
