- Abstract
This article is mainly through the analysis of the primary and secondary school teachers of non-intellectual factors, and then involved in the primary and secondary school teachers continuing education teaching method selection of its influence. Therefore, it is pointed out that the trainers should fully consider the non-intellectual factors of primary and secondary school teachers and choose reasonable and effective teaching methods according to such non-intellectual factors.
