- Abstract
This paper use the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method to analyze the financing efficiency of 77 enterprises listed on GEM in China's information service industry. The empirical results show that financing efficiency of these enterprises is generally low, the financing situation is not matched with the development degree of enterprises, the low scale efficiency is the most obvious problem, the regional distribution is not balanced, and the capital utilization efficiency is not high. According to the empirical results, it is suggested that enterprises should reduce operating costs, optimize financing structure, allocate resources rationally, and select financing opportunities and channels reasonably. Regulators should strengthen information disclosure and policy support.
