Abstract

This paper takes 38 real estate listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stocks as samples, and financial statement data from 2014 to 2016 as the research object. It builds an operating performance evaluation index system for real estate listed companies based on the abilities of debt paying, profit-making,operating and developing. Factor analysis method is used to analyze operating performance of the sample companies, and the factor scores and rankings of the sample companies can be calculated, and finally the conclusion can be drawn out and related recommendations are suggested.
