Abstract

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current drug registration permit system in China and its shortcomings in the face of new drug development. It points out the necessity and positive significance of the system of marketing authorization holder (MAH) in China. Through interpretation of the "Pilot Scheme for MAH system Program", this paper puts forward the need to pay attention to the pilot program and the corresponding recommendations.
