Abstract

Implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, speed up industrial upgrading, to seize the commanding heights of economic competition has become the focus of a new round of global economic development. "Internet +" lead to industry form has undergone major changes. In innovation-driven context, the "Internet + trade" with its new concept, a new model for promoting the development of foreign trade in Ningbo new engine, and to foster the formation of new competitive advantages the city's foreign trade will play an important role.
