Abstract

Culture construction is an important part of community construction, but there are some problems on Xi’an commubnity culture construction. It is need to improve the participation of community residents, enhance the community cultural identity, strengthen the functional role of community culture, add adequate community cultural facilities, attract high quality human resources into community culture construction, so as to promote the sustainable development of community culture.
