Abstract

The cultivation of university students' leadership and innovation ability has gradually become an important part of quality education for contemporary Chinese college students. This paper uses the method of empirical research to conduct statistical analysis on the relationship between transformational leadership, innovation ability and challenge consciousness of college students through literature research and questionnaire analysis, which provides theoretical support for the cultivation and development of university students' leadership and innovation ability.
