Abstract

Culture is the essence of tourism. The course of Chinese tourism culture is the core course of tourism management, In order to improve the teaching quality of tourism culture , This paper discusses the concept and mode of teaching reform of Chinese tourism culture from the five parts of curriculum orientation, curriculum objectives, curriculum design, curriculum implementation and curriculum assessment.
