Abstract

Grasp the characteristics of secondary vocational school students' personality and interpersonal characteristics and causes, is conducive to the development of secondary vocational school students' education and management. This article focuses on the analysis of the students' personality traits and social barriers. It is suggested that the society and the school should take appropriate measures to guide the healthy growth of secondary vocational school students.
