- Abstract
In an enterprise, the working atmosphere will affect the work performance of employees, so it is particularly important to manage the task conflict and trust relationship between employees and leaders. In this study, trust in leadership was used as a moderator to understand the relationship between task conflict and job performance. The employees of each department in high star hotels were investigated. In February 2020, 303 valid questionnaires were sent out and collected. The conclusion shows that trust in leadership has a significant moderating effect on task conflict and job performance. Based on the conclusion, this research suggestions on conflict management and work relationship between leaders and employees are provided for hotel managers.
