- Abstract
This review focus on the New Economic Policy and the researches about it. Analyses the economy, society and interethnic relationships during that era. It is divided into three dimensions: the overview of the whole policy, the wealth redistribution and the interethnic problems. We conclude that the New Economic Policy was successful in improving the economy of Malaysia, but inequality was followed closely. However, our research review bases on literature analysis, so the information about the primary level of Malaysian society is limited. This review will give reference to the subsequent researchers and provide a summary of the New Economic Policy.
