Abstract

There’s been a growing number of tourism safety accidents and the comprehensive and rapid development of Mount Wuyi FIT tourism makes the security of FIT has been paid more and more attention. This study aims to explore the safety factor that affect FIT travel and put forward hypotheses and research models on the relationship among tourism security factor, tourism safety perception and travelling intention. From the late March to the beginning of April 2018, questionnaires were distributed on the ground to five or less individuals traveling to Mount Wuyi. There are 246 valid questionnaires were recovered, and used to conduct descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis of the recovered data, and linear regression was used to verify and analyze each hypothesis. The innovation finds that tourism safety perception plays an intermediary role in the relationship between tourism security factor and travelling intention. Impact factors of FIT travel security could be divided into four dimensions: safety management environment, tourism environment, FIT themselves and personnel management. Tourism security factor have negative influence on travelling intention. Tourism security factor have positive impact on tourism safety perception. Tourism safety Perception have negative impact on travelling intentions. Finally, it puts forward specific measures to reduce the impact of destination tourism security factor on FIT. And specific measures to reduce the FIT’s perception of destination travel security.
