Abstract

Geological exploration can be classified into different categories such as mineral geological prospecting, hydrogeological prospecting, engineering geological prospecting, etc. According to different requirements of the market, the units will schedule the categories of geological prospecting reasonably. Geological exploration, as the pillar industry of the country’s economic development, plays an important role in the improvement of the national economy and the development and utilization of resources. Meanwhile, the economic form of geological exploration enterprise has also been affected by the international economy and resources. The scope of work on geological exploration units under the new environment is becoming wider and wider with the new coming requirements for this industry that units should orchestrate the organizational structures to achieve reasonable, controllable and efficient economic management rationally.
