Acupuncture and moxibustion, as an important part of Traditional Chinese medicine, has gradually become the name card of traditional Chinese medicine to the world in modern times. Its international influence is of great significance for promoting the worldwide development of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper summarizes the acupuncture culture and its development of One Belt And One Road countries along the silk road, taking Russia, Iran, Turkey Malaysia, India, Egypt and Italy as examples. Through analyzing the problems existing in the communication of acupuncture and moxibustion.
