Abstract

With the proposal of a New Trinity military personnel training system, military vocational education has become a hot issue for military educators. This paper uses SWOT, a classical management analysis tool, to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of military vocational education from the perspective of military academies, and puts forward specific strategies such as formulating growth roadmap, speeding up the design and demonstration of top-level laws and regulations, highlighting demand traction, and increasing resource co-ordination.
