- Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province, and to provide reference for improving the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province. A questionnaire on job satisfaction of preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province, which consists of 6 basic information and 37 questions in five dimensions, is compiled. The results show that: (1) the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province is medium and upper level, relatively satisfied with interpersonal relationship, and relatively low in salary and welfare; (2) the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Heilongjiang Province is affected by interpersonal relationship, work itself, work authority, head management and working environment, salary and welfare and so on. Based on the relevant data Results the causes were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward to improve the job satisfaction of preschool teachers.
