- Abstract
In the history of the maritime Silk Road for thousands of years, a large number of Persian Muslims and Arab Muslims came to Fujian. We hold the opinion that the Muslims who came to Fujian in ancient times were mainly Persians. Persian culture has dominated Fujian’s Muslim society. The profound historical connection between Iran, which has inherited the Persian civilization, and Fujian will provide a good impetus for the construction of the “Belt and Road” in the 21st century.
