- Abstract
Human resources major is the key personnel of the company gatekeeper, and it is also an important role for enterprises to cultivate talents for sustainable development. This study conducted a semi-structured interview with 20 current Human resources staff who advanced studies. The rooted theory was used to analyze the motivation and functional gap of Human resources employees, which would be more suitable for the future in the course or training course. The study found that the human resource in self-examination of competency gap: (1) lack of business management knowledge and skills; (2) lack of strategic human resources management and planning knowledge and skills; (3) lack of knowledge and skill training course to human resources; (4) lack of knowledge about salary management; (5) lack of knowledge and skills related laws to human resources.
