Abstract

In order to build an effective emergency plans crawler, this paper affords a new algorithm for emergency plans identification and a new idea of URL predict using URL pattern library. Through the experiment, we found the crawler achieves efficient collection of emergency plans from the web. The emergency plan crawler is proper for emergency plan collection.
