Abstract

Network-based physical education in middle schools is a new research subject and a new field of middle school physical educational reform, playing a very important role in the improvement of the overall quality of physical teachers of senior middle schools, the application of information technology, the propelling of middle school students to go deeply into the field of physical education and improvement of humanistic qualities of athletes.
