Abstract

Europeanrefugeecrisis,whichbeganin2015,hasbecomeaseriousprobleminEurope.Inordertomeasurethecrisis, an optimizationevacuation model isestablishedto address this problem. Considering totalpossiblerefugees needed to be evacuated in the shortest time,GeneticAlgorithmis used tofindtheoptimalsolutionthroughMATLAB.Basedon thedata of EUrefugeecrisis, specially choosing Iraq and Syria, theroadresistantcoefficient, refugees'satisfactionandotherfactors are addedinourmodel.theoptimalmovementbytheconsiderationofsixtravel routes mentioned in theproblem is simulated, theresultis fairlyconsistent with the realistic.
